The Paradise Royale Trail was built specifically for bicycling, but don’t let that put you off; it doesn’t get very heavy use and it makes a great hike. The grades are gentle and this is one of the easier long day hikes in the county and, by King Range standards, very accessible. It offers a few nice views of Bear Creek valley and one of the ocean but is mostly forested.
